Combine the ice, orange liqueur, tequila, limeade, simple syrup and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until frosty and slushie-like. Rub the rims of the glasses with the lime wedge and dip the rims in the coarse salt to coat. Pour the frosty margarita into the glasses and garnish with lemon and lime slices.
