Gulf Rim Drinks

Ingredients

Brave Bull:

1-ounce Kahlua

2 ounces Tequila

Lemon twist, for garnish, (optional)

Sazerac:

1 teaspoon Pernod

2 1/2 ounces Bourbon

3 dashes bitters

Lemon twist, for garnish

Mexicana:

1 dash Grenadine

1 1/2 ounces Tequila

1/2-ounce lime juice

1-ounce pineapple juice

Salt

Orange wedge, for garnish

Directions

  1. Pour Kahlua over ice. Top with Tequila. Stirring and garnish are optional. Drink should appear as 2 layers.

Sazerac:

  1. Chill martini glass with ice water. Swirl around Pernod to coat glass and discard any excess. In an ice filled shaker, add bourbon and bitters and stir. Strain into Pernod coated martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

Mexicana:

  1. Pour ingredients into an ice-filled shaker, shake, strain into salt-rimmed glass and garnish with an orange wedge.
