3 ounces premium quality hot fudge, room temperature
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon sugar in the raw
Vanilla bean ice cream
Spread dough on floured pizza peel. Place fudge in middle of dough and fold and seal. Brush top with butter and sprinkle sugar on top of the butter. Bake in 400 degree oven until golden brown. Remove from the oven. Serve with vanilla bean ice cream. Dust with powdered sugar and cocoa powder for presentation.
