Ice, for shaking

2 ounces citron vodka

1 ounce dry vermouth

1/2 to 1 ounce lobster essence

Lemon peel, for garnish

Lobster claw, for garnish, optional


  1. Fill a shaker with ice and add the vodka, vermouth and essence (add more or less essence based on how "dirty" you like your martini). Shake vigorously until the shaker feels cold, about 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon peel. Add a lobster claw, if using!
