The spice mix Ree uses to season the fish is great for seasoning so many other things as well. It can be used for chicken tacos, veggie fajitas—in fact, it works well in any Tex-Mex dish.

Directions
For the fish: Preheat the broiler.
Mix together the salt, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and black pepper in a bowl. Drizzle the fish with the olive oil and sprinkle all over with the spice mix.
Broil until cooked through, 5 to 7 minutes.
For the dressing: Meanwhile, mix together the yogurt, cilantro, chipotles in adobo, agave, chili powder, paprika, garlic, lime zest and juice and some salt and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
For the mango pico de gallo: Mix together the mango, bell peppers, green onions, salt, pepper and lime juice in a bowl.
For the salad: Arrange the greens on a platter, then sprinkle over the cabbage and cilantro. Drizzle over some of the dressing. Top the salad with the cod, breaking it into large chunks if desired. Add the mango pico de gallo and serve.
