Ingredients

4-5 cups water

3 inches fresh ginger, sliced thinly

1 cup brown sugar

Directions

  1. Boil the water, ginger, and brown sugar together. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add more water if tea is too strong. Strain and serve hot or cold.
