Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Combine the eggs and salmon and cook until soft. Add the cream cheese and mix until the texture is smooth, then add 1/4 cup of the green onions and scramble. Serve on a plate and garnish with the remaining 1/4 cup green onions.
