1/2 cup sesame paste

1 cup water

Juice of 2 lemons

4 chopped garlic cloves

1 teaspoon ground cumin


  1. Place sesame paste in the bowl of a food processor with 1 cup water, lemon juice, garlic and ground cumin. Pulse to combine, then process until the mixture has the consistency of thick cream. Transfer to a bowl and add salt to taste.
