4 ounces jerky-infused tequila

1 ripe red tomato, quartered

1/8 teaspoon celery salt

1/8 teaspoon horseradish

Jerky swizzle stick for garnish


  1. In a blender, add the tomato, booze and spices; blend until smooth. 
  2. Pour over ice into a frosty Mason jar and garnish by placing a large piece of jerky in the glass. 

Cook’s Note

To infuse tequila with jerky flavor, soak the jerky in the liquor for at least an hour, though several days is best.
