2 ounces Aperol

2 ounces prosecco 

3 dashes Angostura bitters 

Club soda, to top

Finely grated orange zest, for garnish 


  1. Fill a Collins glass with ice. Add the Aperol, prosecco and Angostura bitters and top off with club soda. Garnish with orange zest and serve.
