For the tiramisu cream: Heat the corn syrup to 105 degrees F. Beat the eggs in a stand mixer, then with the mixer on high speed, slowly pour in the corn syrup.
Beat the mascarpone, heavy cream and cream liqueur together until stiff. Fold together with the egg mixture. Refrigerate.
For the espresso: Mix together the cold brew, simple syrup, espresso and vanilla in a bowl.
Soak the ladyfingers in the espresso, then place in a glass jar. Top with a dollop of the cream, then dust with cocoa. Repeat until full. Repeat with three more jars. Dust with cocoa powder.
