Directions

Put some demerara sugar on a small plate. Rub the lemon wedge on the rim of a cocktail glass and dip the rim in the demerara sugar.

Put the cognac, hazelnut liqueur, apple cider and lemon juice in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into the sugar-rimmed glass.
