Turkey Tonnato Salad

  1. In a food processor puree tuna fish with anchovies, capers, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and red pepper. Fold dressing with turkey and parsley. Serve over lettuce with tomato wedges. Garnish with capers.
