Valerie's Cheesy Salami Pie

One 8-ounce tube refrigerated crescent rolls

8 ounces hard salami, chopped 

4 cups shredded mozzarella 

3 tablespoons grated Parmesan or Pecorino-Romano 

3 eggs, beaten


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Pat the crescent roll dough into the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch casserole dish.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the salami, mozzarella, Parmesan and eggs. Pat the mixture into the crescent roll dough.
  4. Bake until golden brown, 30 to 40 minutes.
