Warm Chocolate Cider Cappuccino with Blackberry Cardomon Meringue

For Cider:

16 ounces Apple Cider

3 ounces honey

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

1 teaspoon orange zest

For Meringue:

4 eggs, Egg whites only

1/2 cup sugar

1/8 teaspoon cardomon

1/4 cup mint

For Serving:

15 Blackberries

2 ounces of chocolate, melted


  1. Combine these five ingredients in a pot over medium heat and bring to a simmer.

For Meringue:

  1. Combine ingredients and whip them in a mixer until they reach fluffy but sticky consistancy.

For Serving:

  1. Pour cider mixture in a cappuccino cup and spoon meringue on top. Place chocolate into a small cup or shot glass with spoon. Garnish with blackberries. Enjoy!
  2. Yield : 2 servings
