Charlie Brown, Snoopy and the whole Peanuts gang are headed to Cake Wars to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the iconic special Charlie Brown's All-Stars! Four bakers swing for the fences as they compete to impress guest judge Lindsey Schulz, granddaughter of Peanuts creator Charles Schulz. Who will strike out, and who will win $10,000?
Three of GGG's favorite all-star chefs team up with a teacher who has made a difference in their lives in order to thank them for all they've done. First, Guy Fieri has these teacher/chef duos make an elevated kid's dinner using only the ingredients they can fit inside a lunchbox, including the classic lunch snacks already packed! Then, the teams must make a teacher appreciation dinner on a $15 budget, plus whatever extra money they can win answering pop quiz questions. The top of the class will earn their teacher the ultimate thank-you gift -- up to $20,000 in cash!
The three finalists must conquer Guy Fieri's most extreme aisle games, starting with aisle auction. The chefs outbid each other for exclusive shopping rights to three of the most essential store aisles before they can make their spicy guilty pleasure. The chef with the least successful dish will be eliminated, and the final two all-stars go head-to-head to see who can make the best 10-item winner's dinner after shopping for one ingredient per aisle. The victorious chef wins the tournament trophy, a generous gift in their name for No Kid Hungry and shop Flavortown Market for up to $35,000
Guy Fieri's family loves cooking at home and great restaurant food, so they're combining the best of both worlds by firing up takeout with a twist. Guy calls in the heavy hitters with five all-star chefs who send ingredients for their most off-the-hook recipes then join Guy and his son, Hunter, via video chat to guide them through cooking up all that flavor. On this menu, there's tandoori chicken poutine from Maneet Chauhan, Christian Petroni's famous polenta flavor bomb, arancini and empanadas from Antonia Lofaso, fried chicken and waffles with a spin from Marcus Samuelsson and Michael Voltaggio's crab-cake crepes and caviar.
It's an international culinary showdown when four returning GGG chefs representing Latin, French, Italian and Korean cuisines battle it out to see who will take home the title. First, Guy Fieri gives them an item limit for making their hometown favorite. Next, their speed is put to the test when Guy has them serve up an international lunch in less than 15 minutes. Finally, the chefs must make their best international high-end dinner featuring both higher and lower-end ingredients chosen by a couple of Guy's specialty food wheels. In the end, only one international all star will come out on top.
Bryan and Michael Voltaggio welcome eight of America's most-promising young chefs to battle it out for a coveted place on each brother's team to impress guest judge Chef Eric Adjepong. Then Bryan and Michael suit up for an epic brother vs. brother battle pitting East Coast against West Coast to keep their chefs from getting eliminated.
