Peek-a-BOO

Five talented bakers have survived the Camp Devil's Food Lake killer, and host John Henson challenges them to make patterned roll cakes and frightening fault line cakes. The competitors will have to kill the cake game to get past judges Stephanie Boswell, Carla Hall and Zac Young.

A Haunting We Will Go

Host John Henson instructs the three remaining bakers to construct a "Ghostembouche," or ghostly version of a croquembouche tower. Then they face the final challenge of creating a bleeding zombie cake for judges Carla Hall, Katie Lee and Zac Young. When the bloodbath is over, the survivor is named Halloween Baking Champion!

Welcome to Hotel Henson, Part 1

No body part is safe when host John Henson welcomes 12 Halloween hopefuls to check into Hotel Henson and asks them to do a little detective baking by creating faces out of pie. Then, it's "blood in blood out" as they try to impress judges Stephanie Boswell, Zac Young and Carla Hall with blood spatter cakes.

Eyes on the Prize

John Henson turns the bakers' worlds upside down when he challenges them to make upside-down cakes without pineapple. Then, judges Carla Hall, Zac Young and Stephanie Boswell are seeing double when the six remaining bakers team up to create twin cakes that look identical but taste completely different. One set of twins is separated as the least successful baker is sent to the 13th floor.

Bewitching Treats

In the pre-heat, the seven remaining bakers must make witches' fingers and toes and create a sauce to dip them in. The witch theme goes a step further in the main heat when the bakers must create desserts that look like witches, complete with edible brooms. One baker is eliminated at the end of the round.

Flawed Anatomy

A twisted tale of two souls unfolds as the bakers confront their most chilling challenge yet. The grotesque takes center stage in a nightmarish test of skill when host John Henson asks the bakers to craft a horrifying fusion of two beings into one monstrous spliced souls dessert. Judges Carla Hall, Zac Young and Stephanie Boswell decide which baker best captures the terror of transformation. One baker will win $1,000 -- and one will be eliminated.

Friendsgiving

To highlight Friendsgiving, host Jesse Palmer asks the remaining 10 bakers to create flavor friends desserts designed to make a seasonal flavor pairing shine. Then, the bakers are divided into two teams for the ultimate fall flavor showdown as they take on apple vs. pumpkin desserts in an all-out effort to settle the debate for judges Carla Hall, Duff Goldman and Nancy Fuller.

Holiday Beauty

The Christmas Museum is filled with beautiful holiday designs, and host Jesse Palmer tasks the bakers with turning them into mini-tart mosaics. Since this week is all about holiday beauty, the bakers must make merry and bright double-barrel wrapping paper cakes that feel like the perfect gift for judges Carla Hall, Duff Goldman and Nancy Fuller.

Dining Out for the Holidays

The holidays are a season for indulgence, so some families splurge on their festive celebrations at a steakhouse. In the Preheat, host Jesse Palmer asks the bakers to transform classic steakhouse desserts into holiday treats. For the Main Heat, the competitors turn one of the most-iconic steakhouse desserts into a baked Alaska Christmas tree. In the end, judges Nancy Fuller, Duff Goldman and Carla Hall will send one baker home.

Holiday Rush

With the holidays fast approaching, host Jesse Palmer gets into the Hanukkah spirit by asking the bakers to create ugly sweater cakes using halvah as a featured ingredient. Then, the competitors feel the holiday rush as they quickly transform a basic store-bought cake into a tasty centerpiece for a dessert table. Finally, the bakers face the final crunch with a fast holiday decoration: a snowman croquembouche. When the flour settles, one competitor heads for the exit as judges Nancy Fuller, Duff Goldman and Carla Hall send the remaining bakers to the finale!
