Bobby's extreme passion for cooking is matched only by his love of horse racing. His brunch menu will get you ready to head off to the races in Kentucky Derby style with Country Ham and Fried Eggs served on a Southern staple — homemade Angel Biscuits. He'll flip some Silver Dollar Buttermilk-Pecan Pancakes on the griddle and serve them with a Bourbon Molasses Butter that would make any Derby goer melt! And for a photo finish a Southern favorite, Blackberry Iced Tea mixed with some authentic Kentucky Bourbon.
Noah Cappe pigs out at the Bacon and Bourbon Fest in Wellington, Fla., where all-American classics make an appearance in the Stuffed Crust Bacon-Za, but it's the Peanut Butter Pork Donuts that hit the sweet and salty spot. Then Noah heads to the ThurtenE Carnival at Washington University in St. Louis, where he gets his fill of delicious school spirit. Even a rainy day can't dampen the fun as students serve up a deep-fried hot dog and an ingenious ice cream sandwich made with edible raw cookie dough.
The GGG Global Games continue as four masters of world cuisines take on Guy Fieri's twisted challenges. First, the chefs must make their best international fried dish that also includes this week's Red Torch Special: Haitian peanut butter! The bottom two chefs must then fight for survival by preparing their best noodle dish while doing some weight training -- they can only use 8 pounds of ingredients. The losing chef is eliminated from competition, while the winner joins the five other chefs still in the running for the Global Games $50,000 prize.
