First, there's the Dragon's Egg -- a fiery red take on a scotch egg -- Her Majesty's Mac -- a macaroni and cheese made for a royal palate -- and Fluffy Trolls -- a cotton candy-wrapped pickle. Plus, Noah heads to Cathedral City, California, for the Taste of Jalicso Festival which celebrates Mexican heritage, culture and food! On the menu is the Chorizo Pina Smash Burger, a pineapple-injected chorizo burger, and the Poblano Popper Fried Chicken, a chicken sandwich with a creamy, spicy kick. To add some spice to Mac n' Cheese, mix in some taco seasoning and top with Mexican shredded cheese. Then bake until the cheese melts. Mix bread crumbs and melted butter together. Top on Mac n' Cheese and bake until crunchy.

Next, Chris follows the trail of fishing boats to fresh and delicious seafood dishes at the San Pedro Fish Market, which overlooks the Los Angeles Harbor. Day two of our ride-along starts with a hearty Hawaiian breakfast at Gardena Bowl, a little cafe hidden in a bowling alley! Here Chris and a loyal Gardena Bowl regular enjoy Loco Moco, an egg, rice and hamburger patty dish smothered in brown gravy, and a Hawaiian Royal, an amazing combination of Portuguese sausage, pork, green onions and scrambled eggs served over a bed of rice and topped with teriyaki sauce. Other days I want centollo and sidra or cigalas a la plancha or watermelon and tomato or sea urchin or sashimi. Other days, nothing is better than pancakes and maple syrup with my girls. And sometimes you can't beat a good hamburger. Food you won't go near: I can't think of any! Weirdest thing you've ever eaten: I don't know! This depends on perspective, no? What is weird to me is normal to you! And visa versa. I guess people might think percebes (gooseneck barnacles) are weird. They look like something from the movie Beetlejuice. Favorite food destination: Casa Gerardo in Asturias for fabada, Chesapeake Bay for blue crab, El Bulli for anything. Alternative dream job: Soccer player, actor, playwright, astronaut or sailor
