It's that time of year again and everyone is buzzing around making their holiday plans. The Deens are no different. Except this year Bobby and Jamie have a treat for everyone — they're cookin' the big Thanksgiving meal for the entire family! It's about time they're giving their mama a break so she can kick back and relax. Bobby is coming home for the holiday with a few edible treats from the big city in tow. Jamie's doing his part by gathering the freshest ingredients Savannah has to offer. The boys come together in the kitchen and prepare a huge, delicious feast for Paula and the entire family. The Deen Thanksgiving table will be bountiful — a fried turkey with cornbread dressing, sweet potato casserole, and New York City cheesecake with a pumpkin topping, just to name a few delicious dishes. It's a Deen family Thanksgiving like you've never seen before!

Thanksgiving at Bobby's

Bobby Flay and Katie Lee are hosting an all-star Thanksgiving feast of friends with Alex Guarnaschelli, Michael Symon and Sunny Anderson. From appetizers to drinks and dessert, everyone is cooking up all the classic dishes that are the most personal and special to them. There's Sage and Pecan Sweet Potato Casserole, Roasted Carrots, Mashed Potatoes with Buttermilk and, of course, Cornbread Stuffing and Roast Turkey! For dessert, they've whipped up a Cranberry, Apple and Fig Streusel Tart and Chocolate Pumpkin Pie, and no feast would be complete without Holiday Sangria. Tips, tricks and personal stories are shared as all the dishes are made leading up to the delicious feast served to celebrate Thanksgiving.

It's the week after Thanksgiving and we've got leftovers. With a little imagination and some very simple ingredients, you can turn your leftovers into quick and creative dishes your family will be thankful for. We'll start off with a quick and easy Turkey Soup that cleans out the fridge! Later in the week, we'll whip up a frittata. Then, we'll put those leftover sweet potatoes into a delicious pasta dish? and finish things off with a perfectly easy Pumpkin Parfait.

Country Thanksgiving

It's an American Thanksgiving tradition, country style. With recipes for Whole Roasted Turkey with Citrus Rosemary Salt, Roasted Winter Squash, and Autumn Panzanella Gameplan 1 Day Before Party Peel and dice butternut squash and chop herbs for Roasted Butternut Squash. Blend and simmer brown butter sauce and toss with squash. Roast squash. Blend Citrus Rosemary Salt for Roasted Turkey. Store in a container overnight. Remove roasted squash from oven and and puree it. Cool, cover and refrigerate overnight. Dice bread, toss with brown butter and cheese and bake croutons for Autumn Panzanella Salad. Cool, cover and store overnight. 3 Hours Before Party: Season turkeys with olive oil and reserved Citrus Rosemary Salt. Roast turkeys. When finished, pull from oven and allow to rest before carving. Sauté onions and vinegar and puree for dressing for Autumn Panzanella Salad. Sauté mushrooms and thyme and add to Autumn Panzanella Salad. Reheat prepared Roasted Butternut Squash. Blend flour, butter and stock for gravy. Simmer a few minutes and serve warm with turkeys. Assemble and dress Autumn Panzanella Salad. At the Party: Carve and serve turkeys with gravy.
