Late-Night Bite

Anne and Bobby give their teams a call at 11pm and tell them to come to the Tick Tock Diner, stat. The recruits have no idea what they're in for as they head to New Jersey.

Fun With Frying

The late-night challenge is all about diner-style comfort food. Anne's team is making cheese fries; Bobby's will tackle nachos and fry their own chips. Bennett is nervous about the fryer: "I've had issues with the fire department just trying to use a panini grill. Why don't you just call them now?"

Diner Daze

The chefs look on as their recruits gather ingredients to put their own creative spin on these diner classics. Sarina decides to use sausage for her "Greek" nachos, even though she's not sure how to cook it.

Nacho Success

Benjamin surveys his ingredients — he couldn't find mangos, so he painstakingly picked them out of a jar of mango salsa. Bobby calls his nachos "restaurant quality" and awards him the win.

French-Fry Pride

Dorothy is pleased with her chorizo cheese fries with guacamole, and so is Chef Anne: "This is the time to think outside the lines. Good job." Dorothy's glad she listened to Anne and didn't cook the avocado.

Nachos for Dessert?

Tiffany thinks her dessert nachos with fruit and mozzarella will be a big hit. Bobby doesn't quite agree, and puts her in the bottom: "I'm not so sure mozzarella cheese goes with berries."

Beige on Beige

Bennett's cheese fries are Anne's least-favorite: "Not a lot of flavor. A lot of beige." After a win last week, he says, "I feel like I've been slapped!"

Date Night

The main dish challenge is a special one. The recruits will make a romantic date-night dinner, but instead of their significant other, they'll serve it to Anne and Bobby. "Isn't that every man's dream? To sit down and have her yell at me?" jokes Anthony about his dinner date with Chef Anne.

Mystifying Ingredient

Bobby's team will be making squab for their date-night main dish, and this protein leaves many recruits baffled. "What is a squab? Is it a fish? A duck? A parakeet?" wonders Vinnie. Bobby explains that it's a game bird.

Hot Mess

Chef Anne's team is making pollo al mattone, or chicken cooked under a brick. Bennett is having problems right off the bat. "What's going on here with this hot mess?" asks Anne as she surveys his chaotic cooking station.

Cooking Humor

Sarina has Bobby cracking up as she attempts to butcher her squab. "I cut it backwards! I can't tape it back together, obviously." she says.

Missing Wing

For the second week in a row, part of David's dish (a chicken drumstick this time) ends up on the floor. He remembers Chef Anne's instruction to keep both plates consistent, so he doesn't serve either drumstick, and it ends up paying off with a win. "You've got to stop dropping pieces of food, but your chicken tasted really good," said Anne.

Top Squab

Vinnie is Bobby's favorite date and takes home the Blue Team win. "When Bobby Flay tells you you're doing good at something, even if it's mopping the floor, you feel great," he says. He can't wait to cook a date-night dinner for his wife.

Bad Date

Bennett's date is a disaster. "Our chickens look vastly different. The poor chicken is just cooked to death," says Chef Anne. She sends Bennett packing this week. "You mean we don't get a second date?" he says as he turns in his apron.

Sarina Stumbles

Sarina is the next of Bobby's hilarious recruits to say goodbye to Boot Camp. She feels good about what she learned in four weeks: "I'm really happy that I can go home and cook everybody a really nice dinner."
