Ina Garten details how she creates a cheese board, which involves making it look warm and presentable. She lays down four fig leaves on the board. Grapes add height just off-center. Ina adds the cheeses next: blue cheese, a hard cheese and a creamy cheese. She then adds foods that will complement the cheeses and add color to the board, including apricots, crackers, salted rosemary shortbread and dried peaches. The final touch is fig compote set in a fig-leaf cup.
Ree demonstrates how to make two varieties of her easy dump cakes: cherry-pineapple and peach. These dump cakes only require three ingredients: canned fruit, a box of cake mix and lots of butter! The cake is easy to prepare and needs 45 minutes to an hour to bake before it's ready to feed a crowd of hungry friends or family members. Don't forget the whipped cream.
