It's easy to make a delicious Reese's cheesecake. Start with a cake pan lined with a chocolate-wafer pie crust and add peanut butter cups in a single layer. Wrap the outside of the pan in aluminum foil and set aside. In a bowl combine softened cream cheese with sugar using a hand mixer. One by one, add sour cream, eggs and vanilla extract, being sure to continue stirring the mix after each addition. Set the bowl aside. Next add melted peanut butter and melted chocolate to two separate bowls. Add cheesecake batter to each bowl and stir. Place the foil-wrapped cake pan in a large ovenproof pan. Using an ice cream scoop, add scoops of both batters to the pie crust pan then use a skewer to mix and create swirl patterns. Add boiling water to the large ovenproof pan, being careful not to splash any in the cake pan. Bake for an hour and 20 minutes at 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for another hour, then refrigerate it. Carefully remove the cheesecake from the pan, drizzle melted fudge around the edge and decorate with halved mini Reese's peanut butter cups and Reese's Pieces. Dish up and enjoy!
