If your game-day snack line-up doesn’t include Buffalo chicken dip, let us introduce you to what you’ve been missing. This indulgent dip comes together in just over a half hour and includes simple ingredients such as cream cheese, blue cheese, mozzarella, chicken and hot sauce (of course!). Once all mixed together, you’ll probably be tempted to dig in, but we promise it’s worth giving the dip 20 minutes in the oven to melt the cheeses together and crisp up on the top. Pair with crackers, veggies or just eat it with a spoon — we don’t judge.

If you’re craving the kick of Buffalo sauce but are in the mood for something lighter than a burger, this Buffalo Chicken Salad is your best bet. Carrots, celery and Buffalo-sauce-coated chicken are served on a bed of romaine lettuce, and the whole dish is topped with ranch dressing and blue cheese crumbles, which means all the flavors of your typical chicken wing dish are present.

It’s hard to beat a classic tortilla-chip-based nacho dish, but a bed of tater tots definitely gives the classic dish a run for its money. This recipe from Ree Drummond has everything a Buffalo wing dish would include (celery, ranch and blue cheese), but the extra addition of tater tots will make it an instant hit.
