Arrange the peanut butter cups in a single layer in a 9-inch nonstick cake pan (see Cook's Note). Top with the marshmallows.
Bake the dip until the marshmallows are golden and toasted, 8 to 10 minutes. Serve immediately with graham crackers for dipping.
Cook’s Note
You can also prepare the dip in a 10-inch cast-iron skillet, then place it on a preheated grill, close the lid and cook until the marshmallows are toasted, about 8 minutes.
