Directions
Heat a large pot with 8 cups boiling water on high. Pour the beans into the pot along with the sea salt and 1/4 cup diced onion. Let boil until the beans are soft, 30 to 45 minutes. Stir and turn off the heat.
Meanwhile, start preparing the sauce for the rice. To a blender, add the tomato bouillon, tomatoes, 1/2 cup onion, garlic and 4 cups water. Blend until smooth. Set aside and start cooking the rice.
Heat a large pot on high heat, then add the rice and oil. Cook, continuously stirring, until golden brown. Add the sauce, then stir it in with the rice and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and let simmer for 8 to 15 minutes.
Lightly oil a large skillet on medium heat. Spread the beef evenly in the skillet, then sprinkle with the seasoning salt throughout and combine. Spread evenly again and add the garlic salt. Stir until combined and cooked fully.
Heat a pot up with oil, then add the remaining 1/4 cup onions; cook until golden brown. Scoop the beans out of their liquid into this pot and smash the beans until smooth.
To make a burrito: Heat up a tortilla on a skillet at medium-low heat. Warm the tortilla on both sides. Put the tortilla on a plate and add the beans to the center of the tortilla. Then add the mozzarella, seasoned rice, beef, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lettuce and sour cream. Wrap up your burrito and enjoy!
