  1. Cook in boiling water or beer, 4 to 6 minutes.
  2. Onion Sauce
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add 2 thinly sliced onions and cook, stirring, until soft, about 8 minutes. Stir in 2 tablespoons honey and 1/2 teaspoon each ground cinnamon and chili powder; cook 1 minute. Add 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup ketchup, 1 teaspoon hot sauce, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Simmer until thickened, 10 to 15 minutes.
