2 Bartlett pears, julienned

2 teaspoons unsalted butter

I teaspoon granulated sugar

1 teaspoon brown sugar

3 teaspoons bourbon


  1. Peel, core and julienne pears. Saute over medium heat in butter and sugars. Add bourbon and saute until pears are caramelized. Serve with lamb lollipops.
