  1. Add the honey, ground cinnamon, ginger, tea bags and 1 1/2 cups water to a small pot, bring to a simmer and simmer, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the milk and vanilla.
  2. Put the cinnamon stick in a mug and strain the spiced chamomile over the top.
