I love a good happy hour app. I saw these viral Charcuterie Chips on social media and knew I needed to recreate them. Topped with prosciutto and blue cheese, this savory snack is a great drink partner.

Directions
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. (I use a half-sheet pan for this recipe, but you can use a whole sheet pan and just pile in the center.)
Spread the chips on the prepared baking sheet. Top evenly with the prosciutto, Brie and blue cheese. Sprinkle with the Parmesan. Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, 7 to 8 minutes.
In the meantime, microwave the fig jam for about 20 seconds. Mix in the balsamic vinegar. Use a spoon to drizzle over the charcuterie chips. Top with the chives. Serve immediately.
