Chicken and Grape Salad Snack Wrap

2 cups diced or shredded roasted, grilled or poached chicken meat

½ cup chopped celery

1 Tablespoon minced shallots

¾ cup coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts

1 1/3 cups halved grapes, sliced lengthwise

10" flour tortillas


½ cup light sour cream

1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

1 Tablespoon grated lemon zest

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper


  1. Combine chicken, celery, shallots, grapes and pecans in bowl. Mix dressing ingredients thoroughly and add to chicken mixture. Chill until ready to serve. To make wrap, spoon ¾ cup of salad mixture onto middle of tortilla; roll it into a wrap and cut in half. Serve one half wrap sandwich with grapes and veggies for a hearty snack.
