Chocolate Butter Cream for Hamburger Macaroons

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup butter, softened

2 cups powdered sugar

5 tablespoons milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Melt chocolate chips over hot water and stir until smooth. Set aside and cool for 15 minutes. In large bowl, beat the butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar alternating with the milk. Add melted chocolate and vanilla and beat until smooth.
