  1. Beat egg whites until they form peaks. Gradually beat in the sugar and vanilla until then whites are stiff. Gently stir in the nuts and chocolate chips with a spoon. Drop the batter on parchment paper on a baking sheet in teardrops, Bake for 20 to 30 minutes in preheated 300 degree oven, until smooches are hard but still white.
