Citrus Dressing

Ingredients

1/4 cup fresh orange juice

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/4 to 1/3 cup vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Process all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
