Classic Meatloaf

1 large onion, diced

1 green pepper, diced

2 tablespoons garlic salt

3 eggs

5 pounds high-quality hamburger meat

One 24-ounce can tomato sauce

Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients and shape into oblong loaf. Cook 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours or until done.
