Classic Roast Turkey with Citrus Glaze

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter

Zest of 2 clementines or 1 orange

1 tablespoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

Black pepper

1 (10 to 12-pound) Butterball Premium frozen turkey, thawed

1 onion, quartered


  1. Heat butter, zest of clementines, rosemary, paprika, salt and pepper in small saucepan on medium heat until butter is melted. Place turkey on rack in roasting pan. Brush with butter mixture. Cut clementines into quarters. Place fruit and onion in turkey cavity. Roast as directed on turkey package. Garnish turkey platter with additional clementines and fresh rosemary if desired.
