1 cup confectioners' sugar

2 1/2 tablespoons champagne 

1 citrus fruit (lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange, etc.), zested (save the fruit to cut up for a garnish) 


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the confectioners' sugar, champagne and citrus zest until the mixture is smooth and without lumps.
