1/2 cup lowfat vanilla frozen yogurt

1/4 cup chilled triple-strength green tea

1 tablespoon honey, plus more for garnish

1 cup ice

Dash ground nutmeg

Dash ground cinnamon


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into individual glasses and drizzle honey on top of each milkshake to finish.
