The combination of sweet frozen cantaloupe, hot honey and bright lime zest creates a refreshing three-ingredient treat bursting with flavor. Once you freeze the cantaloupe wedge, it takes just a few minutes to shave it directly into a bowl for a light, spoonable dessert with pure fruit flavor.

Directions
Freeze the cantaloupe on a plate or small sheet pan until solid, at least 4 hours and up to overnight.
Remove from the freezer and allow to warm slightly, 3 to 5 minutes (this will make it easier to grate). Holding the wedge by the rind, use a rasp grater to grate the cantaloupe directly into a serving bowl. Use the same grater to grate the lime zest over top of the grated cantaloupe. Drizzle with hot honey and serve immediately.
Cook’s Note
To freeze more than one wedge at a time, lay the wedges out on a sheet pan and pop them into the freezer until solid. Transfer them to a resealable freezer bag, remove any excess air and freeze them for up to 8 months.
