If you’re looking for a light and refreshing appetizer to add to your tailgating mix, this one fits the bill. To add a little more color and variety, use honeydew and cantaloupe cubes along with watermelon for these sweet and spicy bites.

Directions
Peel 1 jicama and cut into 1-inch squares. Cut watermelon into 1-inch cubes (enough to pair with the jicama squares). Toss the watermelon and jicama with the juice of 1 lime, 1 tablespoon olive oil and salt. Top each watermelon piece with a jicama square and skewer with a toothpick. Pour the juices on top and sprinkle with chili-lime seasoning.
