1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

1 tablespoon cider vinegar

1 teaspoon sugar

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

One 14-ounce bag coleslaw mix

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


  1. Whisk the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper together in a large bowl. Add the coleslaw mix, dill and parsley and toss. Let sit for 15 minutes. Toss again before serving.
