This easy three-ingredient cocktail combining Averna (a Sicilian amaro), hazelnut liqueur and lemon juice makes for a surprisingly refreshing and complex drink.
Directions
- Combine 2 ounces Averna, 1 ounce fresh lemon juice and 1/2 ounce hazelnut liqueur in a shaker with ice. Shake until very cold, then strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with a cherry.
