When measuring flour, we spoon it into a dry measuring cup and level off excess. (Scooping directly from the bag compacts the flour, resulting in dry baked goods.) To freeze the waffles, allow them to cool and transfer them to a freezer-safe resealable bag with parchment between each layer. Freeze for up to 3 months. When ready to serve, toast the frozen waffles in a toaster oven or air fryer set to 400 degrees F until crisp and warmed through, 2 to 4 minutes.
