This high-protein pudding has a whopping 16 grams of protein thanks to a trifecta of: nutrient-rich chia seeds, vanilla Greek yogurt and ultra-filtered whole milk. Enjoy this healthy breakfast on its own or topped with toasted almonds or pecans, fresh berries or other seasonal fruit or high-protein granola to bump up the protein even more.
