The pairing of banana and peanut butter is a match made in heaven, and this shake, with 35 grams of protein, melds that perfect combo with protein powder to help keep you full longer. We recommend shaking the banana in the shaker bottle before adding everything else for a smoother beverage.

Ingredients

Directions

Special equipment:
a shaker bottle with a blender ball
  1. Add the banana to a shaker bottle with a blender ball and vigorously shake until the banana turns into a purée, about 30 seconds. Add the milk, peanut butter powder, protein powder, sweetener and salt and shake until smooth, about 1 minute.

Cook’s Note

For a plant-based shake, choose nut or oat milk and substitute vanilla pea protein powder for the protein powder. Since pea protein powder can be grainy, we recommend blending it in a high-powdered blender or single-serving blender for a smoother texture. To make it fully vegan, also make sure to use a vegan sweetener, such as agave, maple syrup or vegan honey.
