  1. Cook a pinch each of saffron and red pepper flakes in a skillet with 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat, 1 minute. Add 1/3 cup piquillo peppers and cook 3 minutes. Puree with 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Season with salt.
