We’re always looking for ways to combine our favorite ingredients to make them feel like something new. For this side dish, jarred roasted peppers are blended with chili crisp to make a red pepper sauce with a kick. The sauce is the base for simply charred broccolini, but it could also be used a sandwich spread or as a condiment for grilled steak or pork chops.

Directions
Trim 2 bunches broccolini and toss on a baking sheet with 3 tablespoons olive oil, a big pinch of salt and a few grinds of pepper. Bake at 475 degrees F, tossing once, until charred at the edges and crisp-tender, 12 to 15 minutes. Combine 3/4 cup jarred roasted peppers and 1 tablespoon each chili crisp and olive oil in a food processor. Pulse until smooth and serve with the broccolini.
