If you want a change up from the usual garlic bread side, then this is the recipe for you. Frozen biscuits get a makeover with a simple garlic and herb butter.

Ingredients

Directions

Special equipment:
small cast iron skillet; pastry brush
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Arrange the biscuits in a small cast-iron skillet.
  2. Heat the butter, parsley and garlic in a small saucepan over medium heat until melted. Cook until the garlic is softened and fragrant, about 3 minutes. Stir in the cheese. Brush the biscuits with some of the butter. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove the biscuits from the oven and baste with more of the butter. Bake until the biscuits are done, 7 to 10 minutes longer. Remove from the oven and brush with the remaining butter. Sprinkle with the salt.
