Grilled Peaches with Nutmeg and Cream

1 cup cream

4 peaches, cut in half, pit removed

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Olive oil

Ammaretti cookies, crumbled


  1. Combine cream and 1/4 cup of sugar in a bowl; whisk until thick. Toss peaches with 1/4 cup of sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Place on grill, cut side down. Allow peaches to grill until grill-marks are visible; flip over and continue to grill until hot. Serve with Ammaretti cookies and top with cream.
