Grilled Radicchio

2 round headed radicchio, halved or quartered according to size

3 to 4 tablespoons olive oil

1 garlic clove, minced

4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Ground black pepper to taste


  1. Brush radicchio with olive oil and set on grill until softened, about 5 minutes, turning once. In a small saucepan, heat remaining olive oil with garlic. Drizzle oil and balsamic vinegar over radicchio, grind some pepper over the top. Serve immediately.
